Hey Richard very nice presentation. In the beginning you've demonstrated several ways to tackle the issue. instead of using multi year high/low spending or a constrained selection what do you think of a multi year profit/loss after risk equalization as a factor in the regression of the risk equalization model. I suppose you will have a strong reduction in insures URH but also a strong reduction in cost containment incentives
