Great paper Lukas! Very interesting to look at (specific components of) the loading fee instead of expected healthcare spending. I was wondering whether there are examples of how in UNREGULATED (health) insurance markets insurers do actually risk-rate the loading fee. Are you aware of such examples/evidence?
